1. Service Description

Inputo is an AI-powered tool that helps users refine app ideas, validate market potential, and generate implementation prompts. The AI-generated content is for informational purposes and should not be considered professional business advice.

2. Free vs PRO

• Free tier: One use per step (7 total). Resets periodically.
• PRO (€5/month): Unlimited uses, all features, prompt refinement, export, priority AI model. Cancel anytime.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the ideas you submit. We process them through AI to generate recommendations but do not claim ownership of your input or the AI-generated output.

4. AI Disclaimer

AI-generated suggestions (competitor analysis, market validation, stack recommendations) are based on publicly available data and may not be fully accurate. Always conduct your own research before making business decisions.

5. Subscription and Billing

PRO is a monthly subscription billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, your PRO access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase — contact support@inputo.app.

6. Limitation of Liability

Inputo is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any business decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Inputo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
