Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Inputo at inputo.app. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

Inputo is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that uses artificial intelligence and OCR to extract structured data from documents (PDF, Word, images) and export it to payroll-oriented formats (including A3Nom, TeamSystem, PHC GO, Moneysoft) or fill document templates. The service is intended for professional payroll, HR and administrative use.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Plans and pricing

Current plans (prices in EUR, subject to change with notice):

• Free — €0; limited daily use and export formats; no registration required for basic access where offered.
• Starter — €5 one-time; 10 uses (no expiry); all export formats.
• Pro — €15/month (or €12/month billed yearly at €144/year); 150 uses per month; priority support and template filling.
• Business — €50/month (or €40/month billed yearly at €480/year); 1000 uses per month; API access and priority support.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in accordance with Stripe and our checkout flows. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

4. Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of documents you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service. You must have the right to upload and process any document you submit. You must not upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content.

You are solely responsible for verifying all extracted data before importing it into payroll software, tax filings or any official system. AI and OCR outputs may contain errors; Inputo does not guarantee accuracy or completeness.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with infrastructure, scrape beyond permitted API use, or use the service in violation of export control, privacy or employment laws applicable to your documents.

6. Intellectual property

Inputo, its branding, software and documentation are our property or our licensors’. These Terms do not grant you ownership of our IP. Extracted output based on your documents belongs to you, subject to third-party rights in source materials.

7. Availability and changes

We strive for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify features, plans or pricing with reasonable notice where practicable. Beta or upcoming features (e.g. API) may change or be withdrawn.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inputo and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, business or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims arising from the service shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or €100 if you used only the free tier.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer or employment law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the service, your content, or violation of these Terms, except where caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms. Provisions that by nature should survive (liability limits, governing law, verification duty) survive termination.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and cookies.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Spain shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country require otherwise.
